High Council
This is the part of the guild that makes things function. You
have, of course, the Grand Commander, Second in Command, and Third in Command.
But, you also have the advisors, Ambassadors, a War Chancellor, Activities
Coordinator, Welcoming Committee (and webmaster).
The Grand Commander (FoxxDragon311) of this particular guild, is by no means a
figure head. His responsibility is to completely put together the guild's weekly
newsletter, check over (or complete) the roster each week, look over new
applicants, approve (or create) the new activities, meet with representatives
for new allies, run the council as division commander, and basically just make
sure the members are in check, trying to keep chaos to a minimum.
The Second in Command (XHikariTenshix) has one major job, but it is a very
important one. He is responsible for putting together the roster. Making sure
everyone's exps and stats are all up to date and correct, adding in new members
and placing them accordingly, etc. And at times when activity has spiked, this
can be a very tiring job indeed. Also, if the GC was to vanish or in the worst
case scenario, be killed, the SiC would have to take over the guild as the chain
of command would shift up one.
The Third in Command (o0Nightdemon0o) is mainly responsible for handling all the
new members and making sure that each one is well informed about how the guild
works. Since it is very different from most guilds, it is very important that
new members understand how we work, so they don't get the wrong impression or,
do something against the rules. The TiC also works with the GC in determining if
new applicants should be accepted or not.
Advisors, as the title says, simply advise those in need of it. Mostly used by
the GC, the advisors are crucial when a very important decision must be made.
This way, no one person is making the decision, and it is not a dictatorship.
The Ambassadors job is to establish good communication between the guild's
allies, so that we may all benefit from it. And also, so we don't end up in a
situation of War.
The War Chancellor is the member of council that would work closely with the GC
and rest of the council, if the guild was to ever go to war. To this day
however, the guild has never done so. But it is always better to be prepared,
and keep a War Chancellor on staff, rather than be caught off guard without one.
The Activities Coordinator is the person in charge of making sure everyone has
something fun to do, and keeps the members busy. A guild without activities is a
boring one, so this person is very valuable to any guild. If there is no
Activities Coordinator though, as there has been in the past, The GC will
usually think some ideas up or seek ideas from other members of the guild.
And of course, the webmaster is in charge of keeping the website functioning,
but you already knew that, right?

Bodyguards
In times of war, or when one particular member is being hunted, a bodyguard may
be necessary. These members are those who are well prepared to protect and
defend. Skills range from any and all types. You could be a swordsman or an
archer, or a mage, or anything else you might be. If you can defend someone
well, and willingly, you can be a bodyguard. Since the guild never wars,
however, this division is more of a hibernating defense system. Always inactive
until the time comes, and then can be woken up and utilized to the fullest
extent. Like the War Chancellor, the bodyguards are not used often, but it is
always better to be prepared in case of trouble.

Healers
The division that probably fits in the best with this guild. The healers main
job is to help others. When someone is hurt, or even killed, a healer will be
called upon to heal the person and restore them to life if necessary. Some may
even be asked to be the priest/ess at someone's wedding. Being a healer is one
of the few rare jobs in this guild that will keep people busy most of the time.
With all the fighting around Rhydin, someone's going to die or get seriously
hurt, and most of them will need some kind of healer.

Mages
The specialized division of magic casters. This division is for those who tend
not to be so well at the hand to hand, or weapon to weapon, combat. Instead,
they do better at the art of magic. Be it Dark or Light or Elemental. Combative
or Defensive. A division of mages is especially important to have in the lands
of Rhydin, where magic is everywhere, and very few survive without it.

Paladins
Warriors of the light, the paladins are the guild's muscle. The members in this
division are skilled with a blade and are the front line of defense against
threats. Most are also skilled in the white arts and healing magic. Making them
useful to attack as well as defend and support. In peaceful times, these members
just kick back and keep alert for any trouble that might be on the horizon.
Always keeping an eye out for rising darkness.

This division was created from three other divisions we previously had.
Formerly: Special Forces, Dragons, and Elementals, and then merged all together.
This is effectively our "other" division. When you can't find yourself fitting
into any of the typical divisions such as a Paladin or a Healer, you can find a
place here. We merged the three together to streamline ourselves at the time.
Cutting down on spreading people apart for no reason, and to make it easier to
group people together. Incidentally, as Rhydin is the home to many diverse types
of people, this division is our largest.
GC's Note: Since this guild is very much
against war, and mostly against extreme combative violence, the divisions tend
not to be "called upon". Instead, the members are in each division but it is
their own job to find something to keep themselves active. This isn't that hard
though, since there are so many things that can be done. But members are
expected to keep busy on their own time, and the only people who have constant
jobs, are GC, SIC, TiC, and DC's (Division Commanders).
